The purpose of the presentation is to discuss how to optimize individual and organizational performance through coaching techniques. Discussion topics include distinguishing between coaching and mentoring; the purpose of coaching; and, the coaching process focused on coaching analysis and discussion. Attendees will apply coaching techniques through a coaching scenario.
